A message from Rick G (AKA "The Trophy Hog"):
Guys, As you may know I’ve been having a problem with my truck from day one where it would tend to stall when coming to a stop, more so when the engine was cold and usually in the most inopportune time.
While at Cruisin’ For A Cure I met Bob Radke who has a company (OBD Diagnostics, Inc.) that specializes in diagnostic, performance tuning and repair of computer controlled engines regardless of what they are mounted in. After some conversation we set up meeting for this past Wednesday and after he hooked up his laptop to my ECM, we did some grand touring of Palos Verde’s while Bob did his magic in fine tuning the ECM. After some hill climbing and a couple of WOT blasts and generally just cruising around driving like a normal person, the issues I had were programmed out of the ECM. The engine runs like a champ, no more stalling, pulls strong and most importantly, he has a very happy customer.
With that said, I was wondering if you’d be so kind as to place a link to his site on your web page as his products are superb, his knowledge base is comparable to Mike (customization vs. electronics) and most importantly, he knows what he is doing.
Thanks guys, Rick G.
